When we embarked on our journey to sell our home of 13 years, the decision to move occurred within a 1month period. There was work to be done in order to have the house ready by the following month. Zoran had sold our previous home and also sold 61 Dowling St to us, so we had previous experience working with Zoran. Time has changed over 13 years and we did question whether we should look to having a different agent sell the house with a different marketing approach. So to do our due diligence we reached out to two other agents, one local to the area and one from outside of the area to consider our options. Zoran’s extended team created an amazing video, beautiful photo’s of the house in day and night settings as well as suggesting to use a stylist whom created a modern and contemporary feel. We cannot fault the service that Zoran offered in selling our house. He kept us up to date with every house viewing and allowed us to make decisions around the marketing strategies utilised. He even offered one of his paintings from his office to be used at the house which did make a difference to the feel of the dining room! Since leaving Australia over 6 years ago to live abroad, Zoran and Kathie have been looking after our rental property in St Peters. We bought our property 20 years ago from Zoran, we only had one choice when we wanted to make the move, and that was engaging Zoran to sell our much loved family home. We’ve had large businesses in the past, however, Zoran’s work ethic is second to none, he organised all the tradesman from the electrician, handyman, skip bins & carpet people, we will never forget what Zoran did to assist our family to get the property ready to go on the market, in our opinion no other agent would have done what he did . Once all the work was completed with Zoran’s help, assistance & guidance, at the end, friends & family could not believe the transformation. During the time he was helping our family, we got to know Zoran on a more personal level, he is very genuine, he has an eye for very fine detail, likes to help people & he has a great sense of humour. We will never forget the day he brought a two coffee tables, telescope & binoculars, just to have them on show, it’s all about how to stage a property & Zoran has a very good eye for fine detail. All the work was done come auction day, the auction had the highest bid at $2,010,000, Zoran was deflated & it was not the outcome we or Zoran was expecting. To his credit, experience & perseverance paid off, straight away after the auction finished he was on the phone talking to all the bidders, come 8:30pm on Sunday night the same day of the auction he comes to our house with a signed contract & deposit at $2,250,000, that is a 12% increase from the highest bid at auction. Zoran is relentless & he will never let you down, at the end the result speaks for itself.
